When you make a reservation for our services, a portion of the total service cost is due at the time of booking to secure your spot on our calendar. The remaining balance for the service is due before the start of the scheduled session. We kindly request that the remaining amount be paid in full before our equipment is set up for the shoot, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.

Our pricing for services and upsells is clearly outlined on our website and may be subject to change. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through secure platforms like Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to pay the specified amount for the services you choose. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these Terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please do so within 48 hours of the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may result in a forfeiture of the portion paid at the time of booking.

We strive to provide exceptional service, but unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel or reschedule a session. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative date and time or provide a full refund.

3. Licensing and Usage Rights

LUX | Real Estate Photography retains ownership and copyright of all images and content produced during a session. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these images for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property being photographed.

3.2 Third-Party Usage

Clients may not transfer, sell, or license the images to third parties without prior written consent from LUX | Real Estate Photography. Usage rights may be extended for an additional fee.
